Celebrating Puerto Rican Arts and Culture at the Conservatory
Mansion of Trenton Saturday 9/25/2022 from 3pm to 7pm
On 9/25/22, Casa Cultura and the Trenton Puerto Rican Community
& Friends Organization are joining together to host the celebration of
Puerto Rican music and culture.
Performing live as part of their Patria and Cultura tour will be Los
Hermanos Gonzalez. They are a family of musicians
born and raised in the mountains of Utuado, Puerto Rico.
They carry a musical trajectory for more than 25 years, leaving their marks on stages
throughout Puerto Rico and the United States. These young artists are
very passionate about their Puerto Rican culture and have the mission of
bringing and using their Puerto Rican folk music as a way to create
awareness about Puerto Rico, its culture and its traditions.
The Puerto Rican Culture will be celebrated in the form of music, food,
and ambiance. Artist, Jazmyn Jones, will be featuring pieces dedicated
to her Puerto Rican roots as well as some of her very well known
signature art pieces. This event will be outdoors. Come join us and feel
free to bring your lawn chairs.
