The Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (SHCCNJ) announces two (2) new members to its Board of Directors. Joining the Board of Directors are Elisa Charters, President of EAC Business International/Co-Founder of Latina Surge and John Lucas, Executive Vice President of Business Startegy Corporate Risk at Wells Fargo.

The Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (SHCCNJ) announces two (2), new members to its Board of Directors. Joining the Board of Directors are Elisa Charters, President of EAC Business International/Co-Founder of Latina Surge and John Lucas, Executive Vice President of Business Startegy Corporate Risk at Wells Fargo.

Elisa Charters is a seasoned executive strategist with 20+ years of public-sector finance and transactional experience. As a Cornell Industrial Labor & Relations certified Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) professional, Elisa has continued to provide guidance on multiple university, regional and national platforms, advocating towards advancement and positive impact for BIPOC and Latina/x professionals among under-represented and multicultural women.

Elisa Charters is a seasoned executive strategist with 20+ years of public-sector finance and transactional experience. As a Corne

John Lucas is the head of Corporate Risk Business Strategy and reports to Corporate Risk’s Strategy, Planning and Governance senior executive. In this role, John is responsible for developing strategy for Corporate Risk, designing strategic initiatives that help Corporate Risk achieve its goals and objectives and measuring the outcomes from those initiatives.

John Lucas is the head of Corporate Risk Business Strategy and reports to Corporate Risk’s Strategy, Planning and Governance senior executive.

Se unen a la Junta Directiva Elisa Charters, Presidenta de EAC Business International/Cofundadora de Latina Surge y John Lucas, Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de Business Strategy Corporate Risk en Wells Fargo.

Elisa Charters es una estratega ejecutiva experimentada con más de 20 años de experiencia en finanzas y transacciones del sector público. Como profesional certificada en Diversidad e Inclusión (D&I) de Cornell Industrial Labor & Relations, Elisa ha continuado brindando orientación en múltiples plataformas universitarias, regionales y nacionales, abogando por el avance y el impacto positivo para BIPOC y profesionales latinas / x entre mujeres subrepresentadas y multiculturales.

John Lucas es el jefe de Estrategia de Negocios de Riesgo Corporativo y reporta al ejecutivo senior de Estrategia, Planificación y Gobierno de Corporate Risk. En este cargo, John es responsable de desarrollar la estrategia para el Riesgo Corporativo, diseñar iniciativas estratégicas que ayuden al Riesgo Corporativo a alcanzar sus metas y objetivos y medir los resultados de esas iniciativas.
