Trenton Puerto Rican Parade & Festival Returning this Summer
The Trenton Puerto Rican Community & Friends Organization is excited to share the return of the Puerto Rican Parade & Festival to Trenton this summer! The parade and festival will take place on August 6, 2023, at noon beginning on Lalor Street and Centre Street, parading along Centre Street to South Broad Street and ending the parade route at a festival at Mill Hill Park from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The theme this year is ¡Oye mi Canto! (Hear My Song!). From the singing of the coquí to the musical notes that form “la clave,” to the singing of the activist voices of our people, this theme celebrates the various melodious chants of the island that make us feel alive!
Come celebrate the best of Puerto Rican culture! Enjoy activities, global food options, as well as live music and entertainment by Puerto Rican artists. The 2023 Madrina, Padrino and Reinado will also be presented.
It’s an event not to be missed!
The organization is still looking for sponsorships, vendors, volunteers and participants. If you are interested, please call 347-526-0082 or email TrentonPRCommunity@gmail.com.
