Trenton’s Councilwoman Verlina Reynolds-Jackson, announced her reelection bid for a new term as East Ward Councilwoman. And then was elected to replace the position vacated by Assemblywoman Elizabeth Mouio, who is now serving in the Cabinet in the Murpy Administration.
Her term would have expired on June 30, and the municipal election will take place on May 8, 2018.
Ms. Reynolds-Jackson made her announcement at the Casa Blanca Bar & Restaurant on Franklin Street. Her brunch was well attended by prominent vip politicians. Among those present were NJ State Sen.
